Training and Further Education at the Johanneswerk

Everyday work is characterised by more and more challenges, therefore, our staff needs innovative qualifications. Passing on knowledge and reflection become increasingly important. To establish a culture of learning inside the team and on-site, the Johanneswerk offers a comprehensive programme of training and further education. It is not only open to our staff but to everybody else interested.

The Johanneswerk Department of Training and Further Education imparts new know-how, new competences for the day-to-day work and offers space to reflect on the principles of diaconal practice.

In addition, you will find information on the Fachhochschule der Diakonie in Bielefeld. The university of applied sciences qualifies professionals and managers in the social and healthcare field.
